This Privacy Policy describes Playground Global LLC’s, its affiliates’, and subsidiaries’ (collectively “Playground”) practices regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and safeguarding of your information collected from the Playground websites and other properties (collectively, the “Site”).

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Playground may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern Playground’s use of information about you and will be located at playground.global/company#privacy. If Playground makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, Playground will notify you by posting a notice on the Site.

Categories of Personally Identifiable Information that Playground Collects

Playground may collect information that you provide to Playground in connection with your use of the Site when you provide your contact information to Playground via the Site or otherwise interact with the Site. Social Sharing Features

Our Site may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may work with third-party social platforms, such as Facebook, to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign, unless you notify us that you prefer not to have information about you used in this way by sending an email to [email protected] indicating the email address you wish to have removed from customized ad campaigns.

Do Not Track

You may be able to adjust your browser settings or other settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the Site’s websites and mobile applications. Playground will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Site in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Site.

Personally Identifiable Information About Your Online Activities Over Time and Across Different Websites

Playground does not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.

Security

Playground takes reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to Playground or submit through the Site against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, Playground cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Playground or submit through the Site and you do so at your own risk.

Transfer of Information to the U.S. and Other Countries

Playground is based in the United States and the information we collect may be transferred, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under your local law. The information we collect is governed by United States law. By accessing or using our products or services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the United States and other countries.

Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information

Retention of Your Information. We retain information about you for as long as it is necessary and relevant for Playground’s operations. Playground may retain information collected from you to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, and take other actions permitted by law or disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

 

You may request that we delete your information, but note that we may retain certain information as reasonably needed to comply with law, meet regulatory requirements, or for legitimate purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
