Erica Kane joined Playground in 2023 and is responsible for recruiting talent for both portfolio companies and Playground.
Prior to Playground, she worked at several startups, including Instabase, Niantic, and Asana, where she focused on Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
Erica graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology.
When she is not recruiting new talent, Erica enjoys reading, podcasts, trying new food, Orangetheory, and reality TV.
